Meet Crystal Nickerson
Director
The agency’s highly trained and experienced team of staff is led by the Director, Crystal Nickerson, who brings over twenty years of experience serving children, adolescents, adults, and families in the mental health field having worked in various roles external to and within the Local Management Entity including Quality Management Administrator, CAP Case Manager, Case Manager for High Risk Youth and Sexual Offenders, Case Manager for Willie M. Class Members, Clinical Specialist for Crisis Emergency Services, and Qualified Professional for Residential Services to name several.
